I started the Stitching-Qigong Therapy Autism Relief program to be able to offer the same training and support I give in the Netherlands to therapists and parents, focusing on countries that need to increase the infrastructure and services related to Autism and sensory impairment. Our non-profit organisation provides professional Qigong sensory therapy training on how to reduce sensory overload in children with autism by using techniques from traditional Chinese medicine.
We strive to improve the lives of children with Autism and sensory impairment in countries which have limited means of acquiring this therapy program. The training helps to:
Reduce stress, relax muscles, aid digestion, deepen sleep, normalise the sensory system, improve self-regulation.
